Job DescriptionSenior Estimator
We are looking for a highly motivated estimator in the South Dakota area. We are a full-service construction group with headquarters in Sioux Falls, SD. What you will be doing:
- Handling the project from conceptual design estimate all the way through subcontracts being formalized.
- Ability to make reliable predictions regarding cost and be comfortable estimating across all scopes of work.
- Must have experience preparing detailed conceptual cost estimates and conceptual cost studies from schematic or feasibility-level documentation.
- Ability to prepare detailed estimates and, as the design evolves, develop variance summaries between estimates. Ability to perform value engineering studies throughout.
- Ability to create preconstruction schedules and update as needed.
- Work in partnership with the Operations Team to prepare constructability reviews, logistics planning, and scheduling.
What you need for this position:
- 3+ years of estimating experience in related markets above.
- BS in related field.
