Salary Range: $52,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product specifications.
- Document inspection results accurately, including non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Identify and report defective materials or products, initiating appropriate containment and disposition procedures.
- Ensure all products meet established quality standards, engineering specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment according to established schedules and procedures.
Recommended Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in quality inspection or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMMs.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing specifications.
- Strong understanding of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and inspection methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and observational skills for identifying product defects and non-conformances.
- Proficient in documenting inspection results, creating non-conformance reports, and basic data entry.
Bonus Qualifications
- ASQ Certification (e.g., Certified Quality Inspector, Certified Quality Technician)
- Proficiency with Statistical Process Control (SPC) software or data analysis tools
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) or other advanced metrology equipment
