Overview:
We’re seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a skilled and supportive team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This 13-week contract offers a great opportunity to make an impact on patients’ lives through rehabilitation and recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services in accordance with patient care plans and facility standards.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement treatment goals.
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Qualifications:
- Active California Occupational Therapy license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or similar setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Bilingual not required
Additional Details:
- 13-week assignment with 30 guaranteed hours per week
- Flexible schedule with variable shifts
- No holiday coverage required
