Overview

Location: St. Johns
Pay Range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually
Schedule: Full time, year round work

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

Disassemble and remove outdated HVAC systems.
Install, Start up and test HVAC systems to verify proper function, pressures, and air flow
Train and support assigned apprentices on the job
Ensure all installations meet safety codes, local regulations, and company quality standards

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

Minimum 2–4 years of Residential HVAC installation experience
Comfortable leading install crews with assigned helper
EPA certification required
Ability to lift heavy equipment and access crawl spaces and attics
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Must pass background check and drug screen
