Lil Voyagers Academy is looking for a loving, dependable, and energetic 3-Year-Old Teacher to lead a classroom of curious and growing preschoolers. This teacher will play a key role in guiding children through social, emotional, and academic development using a play-based, engaging curriculum.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement daily lesson plans tailored to the needs of 3-year-olds.
• Create a nurturing, structured, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support children with potty training, transitions, and self-help skills.
• Communicate regularly with families about their childs progress and classroom updates.
• Observe and document developmental milestones, behaviors, and learning progress.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to ensure consistency and quality care.
• Assist with managing daily center tasks such as cleaning, prepping materials, and supervising during transitions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED and DCF 45 hours required; CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting.
• Knowledge of age-appropriate practices for 3-year-olds.
• Strong communication, patience, and classroom management skills.
• Must meet state licensing requirements, including background check and CPR/First Aid certification.

Hours:

• Full-time; schedule typically ranges between 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (exact shift may vary).
