Customer Service Associate
Seasonal Position (Sunday-Saturday)

JOB DUTIES:
- Work directly on sales floor, and registers assisting customers and accomplishing “Bachman’s Customer Service Culture
- Process all store transactions according to established procedures including In-store pickup, Curbside pickup and Delivery orders, returns for customers and transfers to other stores.
- Maintain store appearance with general cleaning, caring for plants, dusting, stocking and displaying merchandise.
- Answer telephone calls.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- This position requires excellent customer relations and communication skills.
- Must be able to read and write in English and perform basic math skills.
- Past cashier experience is preferred.
SCHEDULE:
- Flexible work schedule/Retail store hours (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays)
- Expected to work a minimum of half the weekend days each month, in May preferably more
- Mother's Day weekend has required work shifts
