Job DescriptionJoin a well-established manufacturing organization with nearly 50 years of industry experience. This company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and technical support directly to the President.
* Provide administrative and documentation support directly to company leadership
* Format, edit, review, and manage company documents, contracts, and records
* Perform data entry and database management using Microsoft Excel and an internal ERP system
* Support internal communication and administrative workflows, ensuring accurate recordkeeping
Required Skills & Experience:
* Must have prior administrative or office support experience in a computer‑heavy role.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, including document formatting and data entry.
* Must be comfortable managing digital records, databases, and internal documentation systems.
* Must be able to work in office, Monday through Friday, on a full-time schedule.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Experience using Excel beyond basic data entry (such as building spreadsheets or pivot tables).
* Exposure to contracts, invoicing, or general office accounting support.
