Schedule/Hours:
- 12-hour day shifts (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM)
- 36 hours guaranteed per week (option for 48 upon request)
- Three weekends per six-week period
- Every other holiday
- 13-week assignment, bi-weekly orientation
- Rotational floating to nearby campuses with advance notice

Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Active, unencumbered compact RN license
- American Heart Association BLS and NIHSS certification
- Minimum 2 years of strong Med/Surg RN experience plus 1 prior travel assignment
- Recent EPIC charting experience (checkoff required)
- Proficient in cardiac cath recovery, post-surgical care, stroke assessment/NIHSS, drip management, blood administration, and advanced assessment/critical thinking
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and assess patients with complex cardiac, neuro, and surgical needs
- Float between assigned campuses as needed within your specialty
- Mentor new hires and students in a teaching hospital environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
- Adhere to unit protocols for documentation, safety, and patient advocacy
