What You’ll Do

  • Work with a team to prepare upscale comfort food for our guests
  • Cook and prepare a variety of food products, meats, vegetables, poultry, sauces, soups, desserts, and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to daily needs
  • Understand and abide by the company’s cooking methods, kitchen rules, policies and procedures
  • Comply with all food safety standards
  • Assist in training all team members
  • Perform all position extra duties as dictated by guest volume demands
  • Interact with all team members in a positive productive manner
  • Consistently comply with our portion and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station
  • Able to handle a knife efficiently and safety
  • Assist with inventory control
  • Receive and check in daily deliveries accurately and put away in proper location
  • Communicate any product and production/prep needs
  • Willing to assist in other food service related areas
  • Must be available to work Saturdays and holidays as needed
  • Must wear nonskid shoes
  • Perform all other duties as required or assigned.

What You Bring
