✨ Qualifications:
- Active PMHNP license in Nevada (or in the process of obtaining)
- DEA license or willingness to apply
- BLS/CPR certification (current)
- Strong communication, listening, and clinical assessment skills
- Passion for supporting individuals with mental health needs
- EMR documentation experience or willingness to learn
- New graduates encouraged to apply – mentorship and support available
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized care plans
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for holistic care
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in the EMR system
- Promote patient-centered, culturally sensitive care
