Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a K-12 school setting located in Bothell, WA. This contract position covers a leave from ASAP through March 20th and requires in-person work. The role involves providing speech and language services across a diverse caseload of students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to students in accordance with their IEP goals.
- Assess, diagnose, and document student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with district policies.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with K-12 students in school settings.
- Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and special education law.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Work Details:
- Location: Bothell, Washington.
- Schedule: Full-time, approximately 7.5 hours per day.
- Duration: Short-term contract covering leave through March 20th.
