Responsibilities
Based from the Hartland, WI District Office or as a producer for an existing Farmers Agency Owner, this is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Services Agent (FSA) located in the Hartland area , with some work-from-home acceptable. The FSA will be responsible for providing financial services, assisting clients with investments, and offering insurance solutions.
Daily tasks include prospecting, evaluating clients' financial needs, providing customer service, and developing strategies for their financial goals. The role also involves staying updated with financial products and market trends.
While FSAs are full-time agents and grow equity in their book of business, they specialize in life and financial services. This position is exempt from capitalization, needing to open a physical office, and minimum staffing requirements.
Requirements
Proficiency in Finance and Financial Services
Life/Health AND Series 6/63 (or Series 7/66) required; Series 65 optional
Knowledge of Investments and Insurance
Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant certification or licensure in financial services is preferred
