Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00)
Certificate: Oregon Pharmacist License
Weekly Travel Pay Package (resides out of 50+ miles) (40hrs)
Weekly Tax Free Stipend to be paid $1,245.90
Weekly Straight Pay (Taxable) $1,894.40
Weekly Gross $3,140.30
Local Pay: $2,560.00/Week or $64.00/Hr on W2

Will position float between units: No
Is on-call required? No

What are expected ratios? 1:20
Special requirements: Must have outpatient infusion experience; OR LIC
