Job Title: Licensed Pharmacist
Work Location: 19 CHAPIN ROAD BUILDING D, Pine Brook, NJ, USA, 07058
Pay Rate: $65/hr (Paid Weekly)

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM EST
Contract: 12/29/2025 to 07/03/2026

Extended overtime periods may require earlier start times (2:00 PM on Sundays or 2:30 PM on weekdays)

Occasional support may be needed on first shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM EST
Position Overview
The Licensed Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring the accurate verification and fulfillment of prescription orders while maintaining compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations. This role oversees pharmacy technicians and inventory personnel, supports quality assurance initiatives, and performs final quality checks prior to medication shipment in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
Primary Responsibilities

Verify prescription orders and pharmacy system data for accuracy and completeness

Supervise and oversee the daily activities of pharmacy technicians and inventory staff

Organize workload, set priorities, and ensure timely completion of assignments

Perform final quality checks in the fulfillment area prior to packaging and shipment

Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations

Support department quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

Work in a standing and walking environment and lift up to 30 pounds as needed

Demonstrate basic understanding of robotic automation systems used in fulfillment operations
Required Qualifications

Active Pharmacist license in good standing in the State of New Jersey

Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a licensed Pharmacist

Proficiency in Microsoft Word within a Windows-based environment

Ability to use Outlook and conduct internet searches

Flexibility to work designated shifts and extended hours as required
Preferred Qualifications
-
3 or more years of experience as a Pharmacist in retail, hospital, or managed care settings
-
Experience in fulfillment and/or mail-order pharmacy environments
-
PBM or Managed Care experience
