Strategically deployed in high-traffic locations including universities, transit hubs, stadiums, hospitals, office buildings, and community spaces, we manage every aspect of daily operations end-to-end. About the Role We're looking for a driven HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build our team from the ground up. You'll own the full recruitment cycle while also handling day-to-day HR operations. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

We're looking for a driven HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build our team from the ground up. You'll own the full recruitment cycle while also handling day-to-day HR operations. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities Recruitment

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles across operations, sales, and corporate teams
  • Build and manage talent pipelines across multiple cities
  • Post and manage job listings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
  • Coordinate offers, negotiate compensation, and manage the hiring process end to end
  • Build relationships with universities, staffing agencies, and industry networks HR Operations
  • Onboard new hires including paperwork, system setup, and orientation
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance across all states we operate in
  • Manage payroll coordination with our payroll provider (ADP)
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
  • Administer benefits and assist employees with HR-related questions
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in recruiting and/or HR
  • Experience hiring for operations, field, or sales roles preferred
  • Proficient with LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and HRIS platforms
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Startup experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
