About the Role We're looking for a driven HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build our team from the ground up. You'll own the full recruitment cycle while also handling day-to-day HR operations. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities Recruitment
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles across operations, sales, and corporate teams
- Build and manage talent pipelines across multiple cities
- Post and manage job listings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
- Coordinate offers, negotiate compensation, and manage the hiring process end to end
- Build relationships with universities, staffing agencies, and industry networks HR Operations
- Onboard new hires including paperwork, system setup, and orientation
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance across all states we operate in
- Manage payroll coordination with our payroll provider (ADP)
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
- Administer benefits and assist employees with HR-related questions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in recruiting and/or HR
- Experience hiring for operations, field, or sales roles preferred
- Proficient with LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and HRIS platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Startup experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
