Day-to-Day Responsibilities

This full-time outside sales position offers a flexible schedule, typically Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with limited travel required.

As an Outside Sales Manager, you are the face of our organization. Each day, you’ll connect directly with clients, understand their needs, and provide honest, clear, and accurate guidance on health insurance solutions. You will:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Answer questions and address concerns with professionalism and care

  • Recommend appropriate benefit options and clearly explain their value

  • Assist in training and developing other team members

  • Participate in ongoing sales meetings and professional training
