Job DescriptionProtege Agency Producer – Path to Insurance Agency OwnershipThe Farmers Insurance Protege Program is a paid, hands-on opportunity for driven professionals who want to learn the insurance business from the inside and transition into owning their own agency—without starting alone.This is not an entry-level sales job.
This is a mentored path to business ownership.

What the Role Looks Like Day to Day

Work directly with an experienced Farmers® agent

Help clients with auto, home, life, and business insurance

Learn sales, marketing, operations, and agency management

Develop the skills required to successfully launch and run your own agency upon completion of this program.
What's Required to Get Started

Obtain AL Property Casualty license

Obtain AL Life Health license

Pass a background check

Be motivated, coachable, and comfortable working toward goals

Licensing support and guidance are provided.
