Life Enrichment Coordinator\nTouchmark at Fairway Village is Southwest Washington's premier retirement community. Our goal is to enrich the lives of residents by providing them with exceptional service in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Life Enrichment Coordinator!\n\nShifts will vary - but must be available to work either a Saturday or a Sunday - generally shift times are 9 am - 6pm\n\nAs a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will enrich lives every day by assisting in the planning and implementation of an activities program that will meet the physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs of residents.
You will have the daily opportunity to exercise your creativity and your ability to encourage and motivate others, and to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their families.\n\n\nThe ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:\n • Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers\n • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent\n • Have experience working with a social or recreational activities program\n • Enjoy working as part of a team to arrange, organize, and assist with activities both on and off campus, such as holiday and birthday celebrations, social events, community outings, and exercise programs\n • Have a commitment to confidentiality in respect to resident status and medical history\n • Have an excellent driving record - No moving traffic violations in the past three years, and be able to learn to drive our non-CDL bus for outings\n • Be trained in CPR/First Aid and AIDS certified; we provide this training\n • Possesses the ability to work independently, without supervision\n • Be highly flexible and adaptable\n • Enjoy leading games, brain games, hosting happy hours, parties, outings, and bingo\n\nYou will LOVE working at Touchmark!!\n • Competitive pay\n • Affordable on-site meals\n • Paid Time Off (PTO) – up to 120 hours after 12 months of service for full-time team members!\n • Comprehensive benefits offered if you work 30+ hours per week\n • 401K plans with company match\n • Company paid holidays (and double-time pay for working them)
