Full-Time Psychologist- Elkton, MD

• Dates: ASAP June 13, 2025
• Schedule: 35 Hours Per Week
• 5 Days a Week

• Work Hours: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM (30-Minute Unpaid Lunch)
• Caseload: PreK - 12th Grade Students
• Student Caseloads: Small Caseloads
• Services Provided: Child Studies, Counseling, Assessments
• Work Environment: 1 School Building
• Interviews: Virtual or In-Person

  Position Details:

  ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Psychologist to fill multiple full-time openings in Elkton, MD for the 24/25 school year. The position starts ASAP and runs through June 13, 2025. You will be working with PreK - 12th grade students, offering child studies, counseling, and assessments. This role features small student caseloads, allowing for more focused, individualized support. The position is onsite at one school building with no travel required. Both new graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

  Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological services to students ranging from PreK to 12th grade
• Conduct child studies and behavioral assessments
• Offer counseling services to students with emotional and behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to support student success
• Develop and implement strategies to address student needs and monitor progress
• Assist in the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

  Requirements:

• Valid Maryland Psychologist License (or ability to obtain)
• Experience with child studies, assessments, and counseling
• Ability to work with a diverse student population across multiple grade levels
• Strong communication skills to work with students, staff, and families
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
