Lucky World Inc. is currently hiring experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our growing team. Based in Crestwood, IL, Lucky World Inc. has been operating successfully since 2014, providing stable freight, consistent miles, and a driver-focused work environment.
We pride ourselves on offering strong weekly pay, reliable home time, and exceptional support from our dispatch and safety departments—available to our drivers 24/7.
Compensation & Pay
W-2 Drivers:
$0.67 CPM | SAP: $0.64 CPM
1099 Drivers:
Up to $0.70 CPM | SAP: $0.67 CPM
2,800–3,200 miles per week
Weekly pay via direct deposit (Fridays, one week in arrears)
Detention & layover pay
Additional pay for touch freight (pre-discussed)
Safety bonuses for clean DOT inspections and safe driving

On-site driver amenities: showers, washer & dryer, courtesy car
Occupational accident insurance: $45/week
Escrow: $2,500 total ($200/week)
Flight reimbursed after start

Home Time & Schedule
OTR operation
Minimum 2 weeks out / 3 days home
Requirements
Valid CDL-A license
Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience
Clean driving record
