Job Description

The New York State Unified Court System is seeking an experienced and dedicated Resource Coordinator III to oversee and enhance the operations of the Integrated Domestic Violence (IDV) and Domestic Violence (DV) courts throughout the 4th Judicial District.


Based in the District Administrative Office, this role plays a critical part in supporting the judiciary by managing court operations, coordinating services, supervising staff, and ensuring that best practices in domestic violence response are implemented effectively. Frequent travel across court locations in the district is required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily functioning and coordination of IDV and DV court operations across the district.
  • Onboard, train, and provide ongoing supervision for case managers and other subordinate staff.
  • Review case files, assess participant progress, and provide recommendations to judges.
  • Conduct psycho-social evaluations and prepare reports for court use.
  • Screen and approve intervention services and treatment plans for program participants.
  • Monitor case compliance, update records, and maintain case tracking systems.
  • Prepare statistical, operational, and compliance-related reports for court leadership.
  • Facilitate case conferences and maintain strong partnerships with community-based organizations and service providers.
  • Ensure quality assurance and adherence to program standards and goals.


Qualifications: Master's Degree from an accredited school of social work and one (1) year of satisfactory full-time experience in social casework with a recognized public or private agency adhering to accepted professional standards; or Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of satisfactory full-time experience in social casework with a recognized public or private agency adhering to accepted professional standards; or Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor Trainee (CASAC-T) and four (4) years of satisfactory full-time experience in social casework with a recognized public or private agency adhering to accepted professional standards; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.


Base Salary: $76,112
