Job DescriptionSalary: $20.00 - $21.00 hourly DOE
Summary
Provides shipping and packaging support by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Cleans and Packages OSA Cases (Dental Cases) to prepare for shipping:
- Responsibilities include: Verifying the OSA devices number matches the customer case number. Packaging dental impressions and previous devices to return to patients. Bagging devices and ensuring correct labeling is used. Pack items for outbound shipment processing. Prioritize workflow based on due dates. Ensure areas are stocked with appropriate shipping supplies.
Building Boxes
- For supplies and outgoing cases
Scan
- Case traveler paperwork scanned into system
Organizing Inventory
- Alerting Project and Sourcing Manager when supplies are low.
- Keeping workspace organized and stocked.
Cleaning Duties
- Disinfecting counter tops
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma; two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience a plus. Proficient understanding of basic Dental Terminology, a plus
Language Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence.
- Ability to write simple notes.
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
