Location: Waukesha, WI (outskirts of Waukesha)

Job Type: Full-Time (40+ hours/week)

Compensation / Sign-On Bonus:

• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $500 after 90 days
• $500 after 6 months
• $1,000 after 1 year of continued employment

Position Overview:

Swimming Pool Services, Inc. is constantly working toward creating the perfect team — and we need you to help fulfill our vision of making it easy for customers to have a private paradise in their backyard.

This is a hands-on construction + driving role for someone who enjoys outdoor work year-round, is task-oriented, and takes pride in ownership and results. You will support our in-ground swimming pool construction team by operating dump trucks and assisting with labor-intensive pool build tasks.

This is not a job where you sit in a truck all day — you’ll be active, working with the crew, and home at night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with construction of in-ground swimming pools year-round
• Operate large and small dump trucks
• Approximately 20% of weekly time driving
• Perform physical construction tasks including:
• Troweling
• Wheeling vermiculite/concrete
• Bolting steel pool walls together
• Approximately 80% of weekly time on construction tasks
• Load and unload trucks with necessary job materials daily
• Support jobsite setup and cleanup to maintain safety and productivity

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to drive manual transmission
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Must enjoy working outdoors in changing conditions year-round

Preferred (Plus):

• Equipment operating experience (skid loader or backhoe)
