Chef de Partie – Station Cook – Line Cook
Description: Love mountain views with your mise en place? Goldminer's Daughter Lodge in Alta, UT is hiring a Chef de Partie for the winter season (mid-Nov to end of April).
This is a full-time, seasonal role averaging 40 hours/week, paying $20/hour + tips-and yes, you get ski-in, ski-out access to Alta Ski Area.
In this role, you'll prep ingredients, assist in cooking, and help keep a clean, efficient kitchen. You'll work hard, eat well, and spend your off-time skiing, snowboarding, or just soaking in mountain views with your crew.
We're a family-style team that lives and works together. It's fun, challenging, and unforgettable. You'll learn food prep techniques, kitchen sanitation standards, and how to thrive in a high-altitude, high-volume culinary environment.
What we're looking for:
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and handle a fast-paced kitchen
- Previous experience is helpful, but we'll train the right person
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
