As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a central point of contact for team members, clients, and vendors, ensuring excellent communication and follow-up.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for leadership and team members.
  • Organize and maintain files—ensuring that all documentation is accurate, current, and easily accessible.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and communications as needed.
  • Support office operations including ordering supplies, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining shared spaces.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency by recommending and implementing best practices.
  • Provide onboarding support for new hires, including assisting with forms, training schedules, and setup.


Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a corporate or staffing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate or seek collaboration.
