Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a central point of contact for team members, clients, and vendors, ensuring excellent communication and follow-up.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for leadership and team members.
- Organize and maintain files—ensuring that all documentation is accurate, current, and easily accessible.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and communications as needed.
- Support office operations including ordering supplies, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining shared spaces.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency by recommending and implementing best practices.
- Provide onboarding support for new hires, including assisting with forms, training schedules, and setup.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a corporate or staffing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
