General Production Worker
Hands‑on work. Steady hours. Room to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble and prepare products according to specifications
- Work with a variety of tools including sanders, nail guns, clamps, and other power tools
- Read and take accurate measurements
- Lift, move, and position materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Support general production and assembly tasks as needed
What You Bring
- Experience using basic hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure confidently
- General labor, assembly, or production experience
- Basic understanding of machine operation
- Dependability and willingness to learn new skills
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
- Manufacturing, construction, carpentry, or assembly experience
- Experience with forklifts or machine operation
- Familiarity working with wood products
- Ability to read blueprints and perform simple inspections

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northwood, IA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
