We are hiring a medical assistant to join our team at Restorative Pain Medicine. We are an outpatient medical office and take a comprehensive approach to treating patients with painful conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain vital signs
• Interview patients and obtain past medical histories
• Assist the doctors during procedures
• Receive patient phone calls and relay messages to the providers
• Assist in obtaining prior authorizations from insurance companies for our patient's medications and procedures

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a medical assistant is preferred but willing to train a person who wants to learn
• Prior experience working with computers
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills
