We are seeking a highly skilled carpenter to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Framing & Drywall: Execute precision metal stud framing and high-quality drywall installation for commercial interiors.
- Specialty Systems: Install Acoustical Ceilings (ACT), FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Panels), and integrated wall systems.
- Openings & Hardware: Expertly hang commercial-grade doors and install specialized hardware sets.
- Blueprints & Layout: Read and interpret architectural drawings to ensure all work meets exact project specifications.
- Quality Control: Maintain an uncompromising eye for detail, ensuring "start-to-finish" excellence on every project.
- Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with other trades and project leads on active commercial sites.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5–10 years of professional carpentry experience, specifically in commercial construction or tenant build-outs.
- Technical Mastery: Proven proficiency in:

- Commercial doors & hardware
- Licensing: Must possess a valid NYS Driver’s License and have reliable transportation to travel to various job sites throughout Western NY.
- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
