Job TypeDirect Hire | Full-TimeJob DutiesAs a 3rd Shift Batch Assistant, you will:
- Operate, set up, and monitor mixing and cooking equipment to ensure batches meet recipe and quality specifications
- Prepare ingredients and mixes, including chipping frozen materials and creating pumpable slurries
- Support deviation investigations by assisting with inspections, swabbing, sample pulls, and documentation
- Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Quality teams to support product quality and compliance
ScheduleMonday through Friday, 11;00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
Pay$24.46
Batch Assistant Requirements
- 1 or more years of experience in a regulated food manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points
- Experience working with production or batching equipment
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures
