We are seeking a Home Health Aide Needed ( Case In 19140 Zip Code) to become a part of our team! You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home or in a care facility.
About the Case: Patient is Child between 4-6 year old.
Responsibilities:
- Provide routine individualized care to Patient for dependent, non-ambulatory, and dependent for all ADL's.
- Aide must be trained or willing to be trained on: Incontinences care, bed transfers, light housekeeping techniques
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
- Provide specialized healthcare such as administering medication and changing bandages
- Teach family members ways to care for patient
Qualifications:
- Must have a HHA certificate that was gotten in last 12 months or must take Agency HHA course prior to start.
- Must submit to Criminal Background check and Child Abuse clearance
- Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Timings
- 40hrs/week
