KeenLogic is seeking a Task Order Project Manager to join our team supporting one of our government clients. This is a part-time position. This is mainly remote, personnel must be available to periodically attend meetings in McLean, VA.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret or Top Secret clearance
- Project Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other equivalent nationally recognized certification.)
- Will accept other nationally or industry-recognized certifications that demonstrate relevant project leadership capabilities, for example, DAWIA (Program Management), Master Black Belt (MBB), and SAFe Agile certifications
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts or 4+ additional years of related experience
- 5+ years project management or other relevant experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
- 5+ years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
- 5+ years of experience in contingency contracting and/or experience in managing/using contingency tools
- Proficiency in basic analytical software such as Microsoft Excel and Access, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, to include Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Project Management
- Recent, directly related experience in:
- DoD enterprise system sustainment, operations, and development
- Large-scale configuration management and multi-environment synchronization
- System performance optimization and security compliance
- Global help desk operations and training delivery
- Program/project management in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Job Duties:
- Serve as the project manager for large, complex task orders, working closely with the Program Manager to ensure successful execution
- Coordinate with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer Representative (COR), task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives
- Manage all aspects of assigned task orders, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, schedules, and deliverables
- Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closing activities for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with contract objectives and performance metrics
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring timely issue resolution
- Oversee the sustainment, operations, and development of DoD enterprise systems
- Manage large-scale configuration management efforts and multi-environment synchronization
- Ensure optimal system performance and compliance with applicable security regulations and standards
- Oversee and support global help desk operations to ensure efficient service delivery and user satisfaction
- Manage and deliver technical and non-technical training programs for project teams and stakeholders
- Apply program and project management methodologies to coordinate resources, track progress, and manage risk in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Project to manage project data, reporting, and communications
- Manage contingency contracting tools and processes to ensure operational readiness and compliance
