Salary Range: $45-60 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

Sign-On or Relocation Incentive: Up to $10,000 for full-time roles and $5,000 for part-time positions!

Your Role

We are currently looking for a Dental Hygienist to enhance our expanding team. Support our mission of delivering outstanding dental care and assist us in creating more smiles and unforgettable experiences. Your Duties:

As a Dental Hygienist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing quality and compassionate care to each patient
  • Administering direct patient care, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride treatments under a dentist's supervision
  • Delivering excellent customer service by identifying opportunities for Same Day Care
  • Educating patients and their families on oral hygiene practices
  • Evaluating dental conditions and reviewing patients' medical histories
  • Complying with all governmental regulations and organizational standards
  • Guiding patients and their families through the treatment process
  • Assisting with dental and periodontal charting as required
  • Taking x-rays and ensuring they are saved in patient records when necessary
  • Creating memorable patient experiences through compassionate care

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
  • CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire)
