Pay: $18/hour + performance incentives
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Model: Hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days in-office)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team.
Position Overview
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing outstanding support to customers through inbound phone calls and support tickets. This role requires product training on sauna systems and accessories, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently in a call center-style environment.
This is a hybrid role, with the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week and in the office 3 days per week, following initial training.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer service calls in a professional and courteous manner

Manage and respond to customer inquiries through a ticketing/support system

Provide accurate information on sauna products, parts, troubleshooting, and order status

Complete product training on sauna systems to confidently assist customers

Document customer interactions clearly and thoroughly

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues

Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications

Prior customer service or call center experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable working with phone systems, ticketing software, and basic computer applications

Ability to learn technical product information (sauna products and components)

Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent 9–5 schedule

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
