BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Banking Specialist opportunity in Milwaukee, WI!
Position Title: Banking Specialist
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
Please note this is the target date and is subject to the change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.
Expected Duration: 5 months (CONVERSION EXPECTED and OT OPTIONAL/AVAILABLE)
Job Type: FULL TIME, CONTRACT to HIRE, POSITION WILL CONVERT TO HYBRID AFTER TRAINING (3 DAYS PER WEEK ON SITE)
Pay Range: $27.07/hr
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due the factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Shift:
· TRAINING INFO:
· 5 DAYS PER WEEK/FULLY ON SITE DURING TRAINING (training period roughly 8 weeks)
· Hours during training: 8AM - 4:30PM or 5PM (TWO 15 MINUTES BREAKS, 30 MIN LUNCH)
· MULTIPLE SHIFTS REQUIRED- Examples of shifts:
8AM-4:30PM
9:30AM-6PM
10:30-7PM
· OT OPTIONAL/AVAILABLE

ADDITIONAL REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Customer Service experience
2. Previous experience/knowledge related to Financial Investment
3. Computer Skills: Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams/Edge (2-3 years minimum - entry level experience)
4. Adobe PDF (entry-intermediate level experience)
