You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to meet company goals, managing and mentoring a team, and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. With your leadership skills, determination, and growth mindset, we know you will be the right fit. Are you ready to take your career to the next level? A qualified candidate will be able to demonstrate proven success in previous sales roles, with 5 years of management experience. Your base salary will begin at $55,000 with opportunities for additional compensation in the form of commissions and bonuses, with potential long-term advancement opportunities. A candidate with prior management experience will start with a base salary of $60,000 per year with opportunities for additional compensation in the form of commissions and bonus opportunities. Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.

Maintain knowledge of new products and services.

Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

Generating insurance quotes.

Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.

Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personalgoals.


Requirements

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Be a fantastic presenter.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Must have ability to multi-task.

Prior Sales Experience.

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

A Life & Health Insurance license is required.

Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.

Successful sales background.
