The Customer Service Representative serves as a resource to customers & the Rockfront customer service team by maintaining
accounts while developing strong customer relationships through excellent communication & working to ensure fulfillment of their
expectations.
We are a Corrugated Box Manufacture located in Aurora Colorado.
In this role you will be responsible for processing customer orders of new & repeating items to ensure timely & successful completion
of quality products while meeting company objectives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, fax, email for assigned customers.
* Resolve issues by working with internal contacts & external customers.
* Communicate with customers or sales representatives on production delays which may result in late shipments.
*Research & review any order issues & provide input on steps taken for problem resolution.
* Record all necessary changes to orders and/or due dates in production.
* Receive & Process customer orders
* Verify pricing & enter orders based on customer needs including any special instructions.
* Monitor production schedule to ensure delivery dates are met.
* Ensure all order documentation is in compliance with company policies & procedures.
* Maintain customer records including contact info. & pricing.
* Manage blanket purchase orders.
* Other duties as assigned.
