Your Responsibilities

Labor & Delivery Leadership: Oversee births in collaboration with Certified Nurse Midwives while supporting a busy, high-acuity L&D unit.

OBED / Triage Duties: Assess all non-labor patients arriving at OBED triage and manage unassigned patients as necessary.

Surgical and Procedural Responsibilities: Conduct GYN procedures and surgeries as required, ensuring efficient inpatient care.

Collaboration in High-Risk Obstetrics: Work closely with Maternal-Fetal Medicine to provide care for high-risk antepartum patients.

Full-time equivalence: 13 shifts every 28 days
COMPENSATION: $400,000 for 1.0 FTE Day Shift; $460,000 for 1.0 FTE Night Shift
Additional productivity bonuses
$50,000 Sign-on bonus
Relocation assistance up to $20,000
Residency stipend of up to $3,000 monthly
Forgivable loan of up to $200,000
