Highlights of the Opportunity

• All subspecialties will be considered, including general orthopedics, except for hand/upper extremity and sports.

• Modern facilities with new and recently renovated clinic at the Cortland Renzi Health Campus
• Clinic 3 days in Cortland/Ithaca, 2 days OR at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center

Work-Life Balance

• Typical hours are Monday Friday 8am 5pm
• Starting at 3 weeks vacation
• 5 personal days per year
• 8 holidays
• Light call at a Community Hospital No trauma.

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $671K - $795K
• Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, prescription, disability, and malpractice insurance
• Guthrie retirement savings plans (403B and 457B)
• Reimbursement for primary licensure fees, DEA fees, and renewals
• $10,000 bonus if you refer a physician that we hire on a full-time basis; $20,000 referral bonus if you refer an Anesthesiologist
