With a 20+ year track record and the strength of Productivity Inc. behind us, we’re growing and ready to add a Used Equipment Salesperson to cover Eastern Minnesota, Wisconsin, Eastern Iowa, and Eastern Illinois.

This is a unique role where your knowledge of the shop floor meets opportunity in the marketplace.

What You’ll Do

  • Locate, evaluate, and secure used CNC and industrial equipment for resale

  • Identify and pursue industrial auction opportunities in your region

  • Build strong relationships with manufacturers, brokers, and equipment dealers

  • Accurately assess equipment condition, resale value, and market demand

  • Promote listings via MachinesUsed.com and coordinate associated transactions

  • Track leads, quotes, and customer activity through CRM tools

  • Work independently and strategically to drive used equipment sales

Who This Role Is Great For

  • A machinist, service tech, application engineer, or tooling rep ready to transition into sales

  • A salesperson in the manufacturing industry looking to specialize in used equipment

  • Someone with auction or equipment sales experience who knows how to assess value and close a deal

What You Bring

  • CNC or metalworking equipment knowledge—through use, service, or sales

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Motivation to work independently and manage a flexible, self-directed schedule

  • Professional communication skills and attention to detail

  • Solid computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally to visit customers and inspect equipment
