ACCOUNTANT
Excellent opportunity for bright, motivated accountant who enjoys participating in office administration to join dynamic firm.
YOUR BACKGROUND:
- Basic accounting knowledge of a/p, a/r, account reconciliations, reports, payroll, and financial statement review.
- Excellent QuickBooks experience including journal entries, invoicing, and entering vendor accounts
- Inventory management experience
- Bank and credit card reconciliation knowledge.
- Administrative abilities
- Degree helpful
YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY:
- Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, and Accounts Payable management
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- Create inventory items in QuickBooks
- Physical inventory reconciliation between the warehouse and accounting
- File annual renewals for the entities
- Handle all insurance policies and expense them properly
- All other accounting and day-to-day office related tasks
