What Youll Do
As a Residential Sales Associate, you will own the entire sales cyclefrom first consultation through project completionwhile delivering a premium, professional experience every step of the way.
Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct highquality inhome and remote sales consultations
  • Diagnose customer needs and present customized, valuebased proposals
  • Manage a strong appointment calendar, including evenings and weekends
  • Consistently hit or exceed sales and closerate targets
  • Build longterm client relationships that generate repeat and referral business
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with customers throughout the job lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and followup in the CRM
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure projects are executed to standard
  • Represent the CertaPro brand in the local market through signage, events, and referrals
  • Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and performance reviews

Required

  • Proven sales or consultative customerfacing experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
  • High personal accountability and organization
  • Valid Drivers License and clean driving record

Preferred

  • Inhome sales experience (home services, construction, remodeling, or similar)
  • Track record of exceeding sales goals or earning promotions
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Experience working within a CRMdriven sales environment
