What Youll Do
As a Residential Sales Associate, you will own the entire sales cyclefrom first consultation through project completionwhile delivering a premium, professional experience every step of the way.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct highquality inhome and remote sales consultations
- Diagnose customer needs and present customized, valuebased proposals
- Manage a strong appointment calendar, including evenings and weekends
- Consistently hit or exceed sales and closerate targets
- Build longterm client relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Communicate clearly and proactively with customers throughout the job lifecycle
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and followup in the CRM
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure projects are executed to standard
- Represent the CertaPro brand in the local market through signage, events, and referrals
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and performance reviews

What Were Looking For
Required
- Proven sales or consultative customerfacing experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- High personal accountability and organization
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
Preferred
- Inhome sales experience (home services, construction, remodeling, or similar)
- Track record of exceeding sales goals or earning promotions
- Associate degree or higher
- Experience working within a CRMdriven sales environment
