We’re looking for detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individuals to join our assembly team. As an Assembly Technician, you’ll play a key role in building high-quality industrial sweeping machines in a clean, climate-controlled environment.
What You’ll Do
- Follow detailed work instructions to assemble components.
- Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical assembly tasks.
- Install parts such as brakes, tires, lift arms, hoses, harnesses, and sub-assemblies.
- Perform final assembly and quality checks.
- Rotate through four assembly stations, each offering unique and progressively complex tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to read and follow assembly instructions.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hampshire, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
