Job DescriptionSalary: $16-$17/hr.

Special Education Support Staff Level 3 School

Employment Type: Full-Time

Prime Home DDS is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Level 3 school team, serving students with social, emotional, learning, and behavioral disabilities. Our specialized setting provides a positive, inclusive environment for students aged 1321 who thrive with individualized support.

What Were Looking For:

• Excellent engagement and relationship-building skills
• Experience with ABLLS Verbal Behavior system (preferred, training available)
• Strong Microsoft skills and familiarity with Therap (preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Desire to support students with behavioral needs and help them achieve IEP goals
• Reliable, punctual, patient, and empathetic

Experience Desired:

• Working with children or young adults
• Empathy for students with special needs
• Basic computer skills
• Effective communication with students and staff

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 19 years
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid drivers license and current vehicle insurance
• Ability to pass State & Federal background checks

Certifications (training provided if needed):

• CPR/First Aid
• MANDT

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk, stand, stoop, and lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 40 lbs)
• Ability to read computer screens, hear speech at normal levels, and communicate clearly
• Duties performed in school and during community outings
