In this role, you’ll ensure every product meets exacting standards through hands-on inspections, documentation, and collaboration with production and engineering teams. Your expertise will help us deliver reliable, high-performance components to our customers.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
- Verify dimensions and tolerances against blueprints and specifications
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
- Identify and report defects, non-conformities, and deviations
- Escalate critical issues and collaborate with teams to resolve them
- Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, safety protocols, and company policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
✅ What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in quality inspection or related manufacturing role
- Proficiency in inspection and quality control processes
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
- Skilled in using micrometers, calipers, and interpreting blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Clear communication skills for reporting and collaboration
- Preferred: Technical certification or associate degree

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45780.00 - $57200.00/yr.
Competitive Pay Range: $22.01 - $27.50 / hour
