About Our Practice
Our medical professionals deliver services across various clinics in Southern Arizona, alongside a fully-owned ambulatory surgery center, an office-based lab, a vein clinic, and partnerships with local hospitals and health systems. This leading cardiovascular practice boasts one of the nation’s top structural heart and cardiovascular research programs, offering chances to engage in research and lead clinical trials.
Our collaborative team offers a comprehensive array of diagnostic tests, clinical treatments, and surgical services, which include general and interventional cardiology, cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, and electrophysiology, complemented by a full suite of in-house ancillary services.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative cardiology services in both office and hospital environments
- Interpret non-invasive cardiac evaluations such as echocardiograms, stress tests, and nuclear studies
- Conduct and analyze EKGs, Holter monitors, and event monitors
- Work collaboratively with fellow cardiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Participate in on-call rotations
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
- Engage in initiatives aimed at quality improvement and practice development
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
- Completed a fellowship in Cardiology
- Possession of a current Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication abilities
- Dedication to delivering high-quality patient care and ongoing education
- Preferred expertise in advanced cardiac imaging techniques (e.g., Cardiac MRI, Cardiac CT)
