Job Title: Warehouse Technician (Medical Supplies & Equipment)
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Location: 100% Onsite
Type: Safety Sensitive Position
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to support the handling, tracking, and distribution of medical supplies, medications, and equipment. This role is responsible for maintaining warehouse operations, preparing patient orders, and ensuring timely delivery and pickup activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
This is a fully onsite, safety-sensitive role that requires reliability, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and equipment
- Support delivery and pickup of patient medications, supplies, and medical equipment
- Gather and prepare supplies/equipment for patient orders and shipments
- Procure supplies and equipment following company policies and procedures
- Track and coordinate equipment inventory and usage
- Ensure accurate documentation of inventory and orders
- Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Perform additional duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work the assigned schedule (Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
- Ability to participate in a monthly weekend on-call rotation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–3 years of relevant warehouse, logistics, or healthcare-related experience
