Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP - CCC or SLP - CFY)
- Active WA SLP license with ESA
- Recent fingerprint clearance through OSPI
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Location:
- Federal Way, WA
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students for communication disorders, including assessments in language, articulation, fluency, and more.
- Document evaluation results and analyze the impact of disorders on educational performance.
- Develop and recommend individualized education programs (IEPs) based on identified needs.
- Collaborate with educational staff and other professionals to implement treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
