Company Description Central Wisconsin Pharmacy is a community-focused pharmacy group, consisting of 3 pharmacies. Located in Montello, Princeton, and Westfield; serving patients in and around these rural communities. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based in Westfield, WI (though there may be opportunity to work amongst the 3 locations). The Pharmacist will verify and dispense prescriptions, review medication orders for accuracy and safety, and counsel patients on appropriate medication use, side effects, and interactions. Daily responsibilities include performing medication therapy reviews, managing refills, and collaborating with prescribers to clarify or optimize therapy. The role also involves overseeing pharmacy technicians, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining accurate records and inventory. The Pharmacist will contribute to quality improvement initiatives, support immunization and clinical service programs, and help maintain a clean, organized, and patient-centered pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
  • Demonstrated clinical knowledge of medications, including dosing, interactions, contraindications, and therapeutic alternatives.
  • Experience in community or retail pharmacy settings, including prescription verification, dispensing, and patient counseling.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy information systems, e-prescribing platforms, and electronic health records.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information in clear, patient-friendly language.
  • Ability to supervise and collaborate effectively with pharmacy technicians and other team members.
  • Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to legal, ethical, and professional standards.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Current immunization certification and CPR/BLS certification, or willingness to obtain them.
  • Experience with medication therapy management (MTM), chronic disease management, or similar clinical services is beneficial.

  • Open Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm
