This contract position offers flexibility with full-time or part-time hours available to accommodate your schedule. The role primarily involves one-on-one therapy sessions as well as case management responsibilities to ensure comprehensive support for each student.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized physical therapy services to students in a school environment
• Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions tailored to student needs and goals
• Manage cases effectively, maintaining thorough documentation and communication with educational staff and families
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement appropriate therapy plans
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to maximize outcomes

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapy licensure with experience in school-based therapy preferred
• Skills in pediatric physical therapy within both educational and healthcare settings
• Strong case management capabilities including organization and documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with students, families, and school personnel
