Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Based on a school-based contract, this full-time role is ideal for those passionate about providing individualized academic support and fostering meaningful growth among students who need it most.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver resource support in reading, math, and other core subjects
- Develop, implement, and adapt targeted instruction based on student IEP goals
- Provide instruction in push-in and pull-out settings
- Support students within general education classrooms through co-teaching and consultation
- Monitor student progress and maintain comprehensive documentation and records
- Foster strong collaboration with general and special education staff
- Participate and contribute to IEP meetings and compliance documentation
Qualifications:
- Active or pending South Carolina Special Education Teacher certification required
- Experience working in resource or inclusion/classroom settings is preferred
- Strong instructional, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to effectively support elementary age students academically and behaviorally
